SDI Lab / Lead-gen automation Demo: brokers, people and numbers are made up. Data resets every night at 03:30.

How it works

Every decision the pipeline makes, in plain words. Each step is logged in the Activity.

  1. Checks Six checks: phone, email, name, consent, postcode and duplicates.

    Phone

    • Any common Swiss way of writing a number: 079 123 45 67, +41 79 123 45 67, 0041 79…, +41 (0)79….
    • Exactly 9 digits after the leading 0. Mobile 075, 076, 077, 078, 079 or a landline area code.
    • Rejected: premium-rate (090x), service numbers (080x, 084x), foreign numbers, wrong length, letters.

    Email

    • Rejected: not a valid address, or a disposable domain (mailinator.com, guerrillamail.com, 10minutemail.com, tempmail.com, temp-mail.org, yopmail.com …).
    • Warning with a suggestion for common typos, such as gmial.com → gmail.com, gmai.com → gmail.com, gamil.com → gmail.com, gmail.co → gmail.com.

    Name, consent, postcode

    • Name: rejected if missing, with digits, or a test word (test, testing, asdf, qwert, qwertz …).
    • Consent to be contacted is required.
    • Postcode: 4 digits; a first digit that doesn't fit the canton is only a warning.

    Duplicates

    • Same phone or email as an accepted lead from the last 30 days.
  2. Status Rejected (invalid) or Duplicate if a check fails; otherwise Assigned, Waiting for a broker, later perhaps Replaced.
    • Rejected (invalid) if any check fails; Duplicate if only the duplicate check fails.
    • A lead that passes (warnings are fine) is Assigned or Waiting for a broker; after a replaceable answer it is Replaced, and the broker gets a credit.
  3. Assignment The broker who serves the product and canton and has had the fewest leads today gets it.
    • Only brokers with capacity left today (Zurich time) count. On a tie, the lower broker number wins.
    • No broker free or none serves it: the lead waits for a broker, with the reason on its page.
    • Nobody serves: Life in AI, AR, GL, GR, SH, TI; Car in BE, LU, NW, OW, TI, UR.
  4. Pipedrive
Each assignment prepares a Pipedrive person and deal for the broker. Simulated: no real Pipedrive is connected; nothing is sent. The payload is on each lead's page.
  5. Feedback and replacement Wrong number, Already had it, Not reachable within 7 days: replaced like for like and credited.
    • Brokers answer once per lead: Reached, Not reachable, Wrong number, Already had it, Not interested.
    • The 7 days are calendar days in Zurich time (delivered Tuesday 10:00 → until the next Tuesday 10:00).
    • The replacement has the same product, so the same price: a lead of that product waiting for a broker (at most 14 days old), or else a new one through the full pipeline. It is delivered even when the broker is full.
    • Reached, Not interested, or feedback after the window: recorded, no replacement.
  6. Pricing and billing CHF per lead: KVG 45, VVG 60, Life 90, Car 35. Credits are deducted in the month they're issued.
    • Basic health (KVG) CHF 45.00 · Supplementary (VVG) CHF 60.00 · Life CHF 90.00 · Car CHF 35.00. The price is fixed on the lead at delivery.
    • Billable: leads delivered in the month (replacements included) minus credited ones. The invoice adds VAT of 8.1%, payable in 30 days.
  7. Simulator and limits
Simulate adds 20 random leads, about 15% of them bad. At most 5'000 leads; everything resets nightly at 03:30.
  8. Example data
Emails use example domains (example.com, *.example); phones use 0xx 00x xx xx, which as far as we know isn't given to subscribers.
